PlasmaRestore™ Pricing
Every therapeutic plasma exchange protocol, package, and membership we offer — published in full, with treatment counts, cadence, and totals. No quote-by-phone.
All three exchange volumes are calculated from your body weight and hematocrit — never a flat liter count. Which one fits depends on what you're trying to accomplish, and that's a consultation conversation. If you're still weighing providers, start with how much therapeutic plasma exchange costs and what drives the difference.

Start with Essential. If you move to a Complete or Advanced series within 30 days, 100% of your first Essential treatment is credited toward it.
The 6- and 12-treatment packages aren't volume discounts — they're scheduled maintenance programs. The Maintenance Membership is six treatments at roughly an every-other-month cadence: $4,750 per treatment on Essential, $8,500 per treatment on Complete, $12,000 per treatment on Advanced. The Annual Membership is twelve treatments — monthly maintenance for a full year — at $4,500 per treatment on Essential, $8,000 per treatment on Complete, and $11,500 per treatment on Advanced.
The logic is straightforward: after an initial series — typically Complete, or Advanced when physician-recommended — a membership keeps results maintained on a schedule set with your medical team rather than leaving you to decide treatment by treatment. Three ways patients actually use them:
If a price point isn't the right fit for your situation, we'll tell you that during a consultation — before you spend anything.

Our consultations are clinical conversations with a trained medical professional — not a sales call.
PlasmaRestore™ Essential is $5,995 for a single treatment, $11,000 for 2 ($5,500 each), $15,750 for 3 ($5,250 each), $20,000 for 4 ($5,000 each), $28,500 for the 6-treatment Maintenance Membership ($4,750 each), and $54,000 for the 12-treatment Annual Membership ($4,500 each). PlasmaRestore™ Complete is $10,500 for a single treatment, $20,000 for 2 ($10,000 each), $28,500 for 3 ($9,500 each), $36,000 for 4 ($9,000 each), $51,000 for the 6-treatment Maintenance Membership ($8,500 each), and $96,000 for the 12-treatment Annual Membership ($8,000 each).PlasmaRestore™ Advanced is $14,995 for a single treatment, $28,000 for 2 ($14,000 each), $39,000 for 3 ($13,000 each), $50,000 for 4 ($12,500 each), $72,000 for the 6-treatment Maintenance Membership ($12,000 each), and $138,000 for the 12-treatment Annual Membership ($11,500 each). If a price point isn't the right fit, we'll tell you during your consultation — before you commit to anything.
Essential exchanges approximately 50% of your calculated plasma volume in about two hours and starts at $5,995 for a single treatment. Complete exchanges 100% of it in two to four hours and starts at $10,500. Advanced exchanges 150% (1.5×) in approximately three to six hours and starts at $14,995 — raising clearance of plasma-resident substances from roughly 63% for a single-volume exchange to approximately 75–80%. All three are calculated from body weight and hematocrit, and all three include the same clinical standards: two nurses with one dedicated to you, protocol design by a board-certified nephrologist, pre-procedure lab review, post-session IV support, and ASFA monitoring. Essential is built for wellness optimization, maintenance, and first-time TPE patients; Complete is the foundation of initial reset series and intensive protocols and remains our standard recommendation; Advanced is a physician-recommended option for specific clinical situations, not a default.
Advanced is a 1.5× calculated plasma volume exchange — our maximum-clearance protocol, at $14,995 for a single treatment down to $11,500 per treatment on the Annual Membership. It is not our default recommendation: Complete remains the standard for most protocols. Advanced is a physician-recommended option for specific situations where a higher clearance target is clinically appropriate — higher circulating burden, or protocols where your physician determines the additional clearance justifies the longer session and larger albumin volume. The reason it exists is that clearance kinetics aren't linear: a single-volume exchange clears roughly 63% of plasma-resident substances, and extending to 1.5 volumes raises that to approximately 75–80%. Sessions run about three to six hours. It's a consultation decision, not a menu upsell.
They're scheduled maintenance programs, not bulk buys. The 6-treatment Maintenance Membership runs at roughly an every-other-month cadence: $4,750 per treatment for Essential ($28,500 total), $8,500 per treatment for Complete ($51,000 total), or $12,000 per treatment for Advanced ($72,000 total). The 12-treatment Annual Membership is monthly maintenance for a full year: $4,500 per treatment for Essential ($54,000 total), $8,000 per treatment for Complete ($96,000 total), or $11,500 per treatment for Advanced ($138,000 total). After an initial series, memberships keep results maintained on a schedule set with your medical team.
Yes. Start with Essential. If you move to a Complete or Advanced series within 30 days, 100% of your first Essential treatment is credited toward it.
Because most of what a plasma exchange costs doesn't scale with volume. Staffing, the apheresis equipment, physician oversight, and the majority of the disposables are fixed regardless of how much plasma is exchanged. The same logic runs the other direction — it's why Advanced costs less than 1.5× Complete. We price the procedure, not the liters.
Single treatments are published and bookable — $10,500 for Complete, $5,995 for Essential, $14,995 for Advanced. But we'll be straight with you: the clinical literature on TPE for longevity is built on series, not one-off treatments, and a series is what we recommend if you're after a specific outcome. Where a single treatment does make sense is as a way to experience the procedure before committing to more, and a single Essential treatment is the reasonable way to do that. The Upgrade Credit protects that decision — if you move to a Complete or Advanced series within 30 days, 100% of your first Essential treatment is credited toward it.
Our Scottsdale consultations are clinical conversations — not sales calls. We'll review your labs and goals and tell you honestly which protocol fits, or whether TPE is appropriate for you at all.
